Art Clerical
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a clerical person to review art for a company based in Largo, FL. In this job, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a well-established printing manufacturer.
Pay rate
$15.00 per hour,
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Art Clerical Duties and Responsibilities
• Match artwork printouts with corresponding work orders
• Sort and route work orders to the correct departments
• Maintain organization of documents and materials
• Communicate effectively with team members and customer service representatives
• Perform accurate data handling and administrative support tasks
• Assist with additional duties as needed and participate in cross-training
Art Clerical Requirements and Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of MS Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
