Glenville Drive, Richardson, TXHow You'll Make a DifferenceCustomer Interaction: Manage incoming calls, messages, billing questions, and policy updates. Uncover coverage needs and recommend coverages, limits, and policies that fit each customer's situation.Problem Resolution: Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about GEICO's products and services and identify opportunities to help customers make informed coverage decisions that best meet their needs.Meaningful Impact: Enhance customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions and trusted guidance that strengthens customer relationships.What We're Looking ForExperience & QualificationsMinimum of three years customer-facing experience required.Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment with performance metrics, productivity goals, or KPIs preferred.No active insurance license is required at hire. Employees must successfully obtain and maintain the required Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license as part of the role.
