Lead BCBA/Clinical Manager

Are you an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about developing clinicians, delivering exceptional ABA services, and driving meaningful outcomes for children and families? Euro-Therapies is seeking a Lead BCBA/Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership, mentor a team of BCBAs, and oversee high-quality ABA programming across an assigned region. In this leadership role, you'll combine direct clinical care with staff development, operational oversight, and strategic collaboration to ensure exceptional client outcomes while fostering a positive, supportive culture for your clinical team. Clinical Leadership Maintain a clinical caseload (approximately 75% of a full caseload) while providing oversight for ABA services. Supervise and mentor a team of 4–5 full-time BCBAs and/or Clinical Supervisors. Support newly certified BCBAs and BCaBAs through coaching and clinical guidance. Collaborate with scheduling teams to ensure clinically appropriate staff-to-client assignments. Partner with senior clinical leadership to resolve stakeholder concerns and support organizational initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate billing submissions and maintain a minimum 90% authorization utilization rate. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company documentation standards. Promote effective use of clinical software and technology. Support the development and implementation of clinical goals for center-based programs when applicable. Foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team culture. Assign and manage clinician caseloads based on client and organizational needs. Conduct weekly supervision meetings and monthly performance evaluations. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Lead staff meetings, clinical trainings, and mentorship initiatives. Address employee performance concerns through coaching and corrective action when necessary. Clinical Quality & Compliance Ensure timely completion of treatment plans, progress reports, and required clinical documentation. Audit RBT supervision documentation to ensure BACB compliance. Monitor clinician productivity, authorization utilization, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate supervision records and documentation. Professional Development Maintain BCBA certification and complete required continuing education. Support clinicians in meeting BACBA continuing education requirements. Ensure adherence to BACB supervision guidelines and ethical standards. QualificationsRequired Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a BCBA. Experience providing ABA services in an insurance-funded setting. Experience supervising clinical staff and managing multiple cases. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Knowledge of Medicaid, Managed Care, and insurance authorization processes. Experience developing comprehensive ABA treatment plans focused on behavior reduction and skill acquisition. Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Experience collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams from diverse backgrounds. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience overseeing operational responsibilities including scheduling, staffing, and billing. Successful experience with insurance appeals and clinical review meetings. Working knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder. Familiarity with the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA).
