Maintenance Technician

Role Overview As a Maintenance Technician at Gables, you will provide signature service to residents, maintaining the community and ensuring a high quality living experience. Responsibilities Provide HVAC repairs, plumbing, and electrical installations, and carry out general repairs. Complete touch‑up paint, unit inspections, and preventive maintenance. Maintain the appearance of vacant and occupied apartment homes to the Gables standard. Serve on call on a rotational basis, any 7 days of the week, 52 weeks a year. Complete day‑to‑day tasks and meet required deadlines for recurring community needs. Qualifications Solution‑driven, effective at managing repairs and installations. Experience in building maintenance, unit inspections, and related trades. Task‑oriented, punctual, comfortable working independently and on a team. Committed to the community’s overall appearance and motivated to maintain Gables standards. Benefits Competitive pay $22.00-$23.00 hourly plus bonuses.
