divh2Tubular Wire Spooler Operator/h2pThe spooler operator will be responsible for the tubular wire spooler packaging process. This is a 2nd shift position./pulliOperate safely and identify/correct unsafe situations./liliFollow process specifications for machine setup and production./liliKeep track of spooling changeovers./liliComplete machine setup/changeover in a timely manner./liliPerform routine quality checks./liliPerform visual quality inspections./liliEnter quality checks into Route Card./liliPlace nonconforming products on hold./liliMonitor the spooler to ensure quality products are being produced./liliReport maintenance issues as they arise./liliCommunicate with PCs, Team Leads, Process Techs, Maintenance, etc./liliPerform housekeeping./li/ulpQualifications/pulliPrevious spooling experience./liliAbility to meet production rates./liliAble to lift approx. 65 pounds continually./liliPossess excellent time management skills./liliAble to meet expectations for safety and attendance./liliPossess an excellent quality record./liliPossess an excellent attitude, communication, and teamwork skills./li/ulpITW is an equal opportunity employer.
