Location: Main, CHARLOTTE , NC Pay Method: Hourly Employee Type: Full Time Date Posted: 05/05/2026 EEO Class: Operatives or Semi-Skilled Workers Hourly Rate: Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to support warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for storing finished goods pallets in the warehouse and loading finished goods onto outbound trailers as directed by management. All Material Handlers are cross-trained to support multiple assignments and play a key role in maintaining efficient material flow throughout the facility. Load finished goods pallets onto outbound trailers for shipment. Perform primary and secondary material handling assignments as determined by the Manager; cross-training provided. Provide material handling support to other departments as needed. Operate forklifts safely and in compliance with all company and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications & Skills Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification or experience preferred). Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a professional, positive attitude. General knowledge of products, processes, and shipping/receiving functions is a plus. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to work with varying noise levels. Capable of working in a manufacturing environment that produces chemicals.
