Outside Sales Representative

EXPERIENCED OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Plumbing Wholesale / Distribution - South Florida We’re looking for experienced outside sales professionals to join our plumbing wholesale business in South Florida. These are not an entry-level sales positions. Plumbing industry experience is a must. We’re interested in talking to proven salespeople who understand the plumbing business, know how to build and maintain strong contractor relationships, and have a track record of growing accounts and generating new business.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Plumbing wholesale or distribution sales Outside sales to plumbing contractors, builders, developers, or related customers Experience developing and managing a sales territory A proven history of growing existing accounts and bringing in new business Established relationships within the plumbing industry are a major plus

COMPENSATION

Compensation is negotiable - intentionally. We know that experienced sales professionals bring different levels of experience, relationships, production, and value to the table. Rather than assuming one compensation structure makes sense for everyone, we’d rather have that conversation with you. Tell us about your experience, what you’ve accomplished, what you believe you can bring to the company, and what compensation structure would make an opportunity worth considering. Salary, commission, bonuses, incentives, and overall compensation structure are all open for discussion. If you can produce, we want you to be compensated accordingly.
