- Lab onsite: Yes
- Total # of beds: 250+
- Lvl. III Trauma
- 2 APP's, 2 Medical Assistant, 3 RVT's, 1 manager, 1 full time provider
- EMR System: Epic
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
