HP PC Sales Representative

Job Details Job Type: Regular • Location: Best Buy 305 – Schaumburg, IL 60173 • Pay: $19.00 per hour (based on location and experience) Schedule: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (up to 14 hours per week) Overview Part‑time HP PC Sales Representative – responsible for engaging customers and showcasing premium PCs while leveraging AI technology to enhance experience. Responsibilities Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big‑box retail store. Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within assigned store(s). Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation. Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness. Report on sales performance and competitive insights. Accurately document and track all sales activity. Ensure workstations/kiosks are clean, well‑organized, and presentable. Qualifications Outgoing personality with a passion for technology. Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products hands‑on. Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs. Retail or customer‑service experience advantageous. Training or product‑demonstration experience advantageous. 1 year of relevant job experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
