Job Summary

The PM Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for meeting and exceeding our client's needs, restaurants' revenue, profitability, and quality goals. While working with the Food & Beverage Director and Management Team, you will ensure efficient restaurant operation, event execution and maintain high productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Impact and Influence:

This position will interact on a regular basis with Food & Beverage Director, Management Team Operations Team, Culinary teams to create memorable restaurant experiences and flawless events for guests, clients & members.

Restaurant  Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist coordination of the entire restaurant operation
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently to customer complaints
• Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
• Assist and/or lead pre-shift on a daily basis
• Supervise shifts
• Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
• Control costs and minimize waste
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and qualifications

• Proven working experience as restaurant supervisor 
• Demonstrated experience in customer service management
• Food and wine knowledge beneficial
• Proficiency in English
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant POS Systems
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally
• Great customer service skills including listening carefully and exercising patience.
