Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing Occupational Therapy services to students for the 2026-2027 school year. In this part-time position, you’ll have a meaningful impact supporting student development in a collaborative educational setting. Work alongside a dedicated team that includes additional Occupational Therapists and two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, ensuring resources and support are always within reach.

Your schedule will be for three days each week (7 hours and 40 minutes per day) with a designated 30-minute lunch, offering flexibility while making a difference in the lives of children.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and student progress documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow therapists, educators, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering student growth and functional independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions to students with diverse needs
• Assess and document student progress, supporting the development and implementation of IEPs
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including OT colleagues and COTAs
• Engage in staff consultations to support classroom and school-wide interventions
• Contribute creative solutions that help students achieve educational and functional goals
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric OT and legal requirements in school-based therapy
