The Bilingual Staffing Account Manager manages and grows client relationships while leveraging modern AI‑powered staffing tools to drive efficiency across the full recruiting lifecycle. Fluency in two languages is essential to serving a diverse client and candidate base. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and the recruiting team across contract, temp‑to‑hire, and direct hire placements. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, building trusted, long‑term relationships with hiring managers and decision‑makers. Communicate fluently with clients and candidates in both languages, ensuring clear understanding across all stages of the placement process. Manage all account and candidate activity within the Spott ATS, including job orders, submittals, application stages, notes, and placement tracking. Leverage AI‑powered staffing tools for sourcing, screening, resume parsing, candidate matching, and outreach to accelerate fill times and improve match quality. Take and refine job orders, write clear job descriptions, and set expectations on timelines, bill rates, and deliverables. Partner with recruiters to ensure pipelines align with client demand and that submittals meet quality standards. Manage the submittal‑to‑placement process, including interview coordination, feedback loops, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff. Monitor active placements, contractor performance, and client satisfaction; proactively address issues and falloffs. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and convert single placements into ongoing partnerships. Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and service agreements in line with company margin targets. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in Spott and track account metrics including fill rate, time‑to‑fill, gross margin, and revenue against targets. Qualifications Fully bilingual (verbal and written) — required. 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management (agency experience strongly preferred). Hands‑on experience with the Spott ATS or comparable applicant tracking systems. Strong, demonstrated experience using AI tools for staffing — sourcing, screening, automated outreach, and candidate matching. Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue or placement goals. Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting (contract, temp‑to‑hire, direct hire). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Bilingual fluency and cross‑cultural communication. Tech‑forward and quick to adopt AI and automation tools. Client‑focused with a consultative, solutions‑oriented approach. Results‑driven and accountable to metrics. Organized, detail‑oriented, and ATS‑disciplined.
