Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire is seeking a Transportation/Patient Care Coordinator to provide transportation for patients to and from the facility for pre-scheduled appointments and help organize and direct patient's daily activities. Primary responsibilities include providing transportation for patients to and from the facility, reporting all van maintenance problems to the Department Director, maintaining the van log, ensuring accuracy of information, maintaining a clean environment for patients at all times, demonstrating responsibility and sound judgment regarding patient safety, and communicating and consulting with the Department Director and other staff members regarding patient care issues and information daily.
