Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Colorado, or eligibility for licensure.
• Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP (Individualized Education Program) development and implementation.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services within school environments, including classrooms, resource rooms, and small group settings.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student progress and promote inclusive educational practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress reports.
• Participate in meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills.
