We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who can bring professionalism, organization, and warmth to our practice. Responsibilities: Greet patients with a positive, friendly attitude Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect copays Schedule and confirm appointments to keep the schedule productive and efficient Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain excellent communication Assist with new patient paperwork and electronic records management Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Previous dental front desk or medical office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar) is a plus Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holiday pay A supportive team environment Opportunities for training and growth within the practice Salary Range full-time $23 - $32 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
