Now Hiring: Shift Manager – Five Guys Burgers & Fries - New Location Opening Soon - Universal City Walk

We’re hiring a Shift Manager in Orlando, Florida to help lead our team to success and keep the energy high on every shift.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate team members during your shift
Ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures with consistency
Support training and development of crew members
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Handle cash, inventory, and daily operational tasks
Step in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
AMAZING PERSONALITY AND SMILING FACES
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A hands-on leader who leads by example
Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends)
Passion for great food and great service
