Ownership and execution of the NPI and NTI programs (CCS MCS chargers)
End customer and supplier collaboration, lead team

Program requirement development
Competitive study and analysis
SW, HW, Validation, Field support, Product support, commercial, purchasing, Product safety and compliance etc.
Supplier down selection and coordination
Product design, development and validation
Product commissioning and technical support to field team, issue resolutions
Product design, development, and validation
DFMEA, PFMEA
Requirement detailing as per applicable standards
Validation planning, coordination and execution
