Influencer Marketing Coordinator

To support a growing viral consumer brand, the freelance Influencer Marketing Coordinator will proactively discover and source creators across various platforms, manage outreach and communication, and maintain a strong creator pipeline while working remotely for 20+ hours per week. Key responsibilities Proactively discover and source creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Manage creator outreach and communication from initial contact through final content delivery Support an ambassador program, including recruiting, communication, activation, and performance tracking Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social, affiliate, PR, or related marketing Experience proactively sourcing and evaluating creators Strong creative instincts with a great eye for talent and content Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube creator ecosystems Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators and projects simultaneously
