About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Creative Strategy to play a pivotal role in driving and evolving the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading new business pitches, from inception to delivery, and will be at the forefront of defining the strategic narrative that connects audience insight, creativity, and emerging technology. This role demands a visionary leader who can create transformative ideas that resonate with real communities and are amplified by AI and emerging technologies. The VP will also be instrumental in shaping the strategic capabilities of the New Business team, introducing new methodologies, tools, and ways of working to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of the industry. Candidates for the VP of Creative Strategy position should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in creative, social, and content strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on new business. A proven track record in developing and winning high-value pitches, as well as direct experience in creator marketing within the creator economy, is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of the intersection of brand, product, and performance marketing, and the ability to build strategic foundations that lead to winning creative ideas. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of senior brand and marketing relationships, be adept at influencing audiences at all levels, and have a genuine passion for the creator economy and its future. Experience in one or more of the key categories, such as entertainment, gaming, beauty, or technology, is highly desirable.
