About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Strategy and Technology for its blu. division. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the client teams, with a focus on omni-audience development and measurement. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven marketing and the ability to leverage the company's proprietary Connected Marketing Platform. The VP will be responsible for comprehensive knowledge of the platform, including data sources, dictionaries, and how to access and utilize data. They will work closely with various teams to ensure that data is central to all activities and will be expected to contribute to content and use cases for new business. Applicants for the VP, Strategy and Technology role at the company should be analytical, inquisitive, and forward-thinking, with a collaborative and confident approach. The position demands a professional with a BA/BS degree and at least 9 years of experience in data and technology, including a strong background in DMPs, CDPs, and programmatic advertising. The role involves a significant amount of hands-on work, including the use of multiple data sources for activation and experience with AI and LLMs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in audience development, be adept at working with internal stakeholders and clients, and be able to consult on all aspects of the tactical media plan to ensure alignment with audience segments.
