We’re hiring a Licensed Property & Casualty and/or Personal Lines Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ! In this role, you’ll educate clients, provide quotes, and sell insurance products including auto, home, and umbrella coverage—all while enjoying hybrid flexibility and a supportive team environment. What We Offer $21-24/hr pay increase for bilingual candidates Monthly uncapped variable compensation plan (average $2,000-$3,000/mo and $5,000-$7,000/mo for top performers) All equipment provided for remote work Training Hybrid Schedule M-F8:30am-5:00pm MST. (M-W in office, Th-F at home) Post Training - Hybrid Shifts in between 6am-5:30pm MST.
