Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

OneOncology

OneOncology in Grand Rapids seeks a patient access specialist to manage infusion center scheduling, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely care. The role requires at least 3 years in a medical office, knowledge of insurance benefits and authorizations, and strong organization and communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required; ICD-9/10 and CPT coding knowledge is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
