What You'll Do

• Perform routine laboratory procedures using analyzers, spectrophotometers, and other equipment
• Maintain quality results through standards, controls, and equipment troubleshooting
• Analyze blood samples with microscopy and cell identification techniques
• Conduct blood typing, compatibility testing, and prepare samples for transfusions
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance and functionality
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings
• Support inventory management and adhere to safety and quality protocols

What You Need

Required:

• Certification as MT or MLT
• Ability to perform precise laboratory procedures
• Strong troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills
• Commitment to quality and accuracy in test reporting

Preferred:
