MT/MLT Laboratory
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory testing using analyzers and other laboratory equipment.
- Run standards and controls, perform quality control, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Analyze blood cells using microscopic techniques.
- Perform blood typing, grouping, and compatibility testing for transfusions.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Monitor laboratory supplies and equipment inventory.
- Document, analyze, and report laboratory findings.
- Follow standardized procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform other related laboratory duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of MLT experience Required.
- ASCP certification Required.
- Recent blood bank experience Required.
