To deliver high quality, tasty, hot food, fast, to every guest. Essential functions include maintaining a clean, neat, safe, food handling environment, maintaining a constant state of urgency, delivering high quality, tasty, hot food to every guest, being the final quality control checkpoint, being considerate of special requests, considering eye appeal as well as taste and temperature, being a quality maniac, being rush ready, expediting orders, informing management of slow-downs, working as a team, alerting team members of online orders, having impeccably neat uniforms, tables and welcome areas, offering a sincere, personal welcome to every guest, smiling and making eye contact, anticipating the guest's needs, and creating an emotional attachment to the restaurant.
General job requirements include reading, writing, and communicating in English, performing all job functions safely, meeting company performance standards, participating in company orientation and training, following instructions, working scheduled and assigned times and required overtime, and using or learning to use the equipment and tools used to perform the job.
Specific job skills and qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred, commercial food preparation background or experience preferred, ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and knowledge of safety information regarding all materials used within the scope of the work.
