TierPoint is seeking an Operations Technician I to maintain smooth operations in our data center facilities located in Upper Macungie Township, PA. This role is ideal for novice IT professionals eager to gain hands-on experience. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, providing support for customer issues, and monitoring security. Shifts may include nights and weekends as needed.
