What You’ll Do Be the Hiring Whisperer: Lead intake calls, set expectations, and advise hiring managers using real-time market insights. Source Like a Detective: Build diverse, high-quality pipelines using creative sourcing channels to land top talent for complex roles. Master the Vibe Check: Facilitate skills-based assessments, build interview guides, and keep the candidate experience top-tier. Drive Strategy: Align recruiting game plans with overarching business goals, ensuring fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring practices. What You Bring Experience: 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting under your belt (corporate or search firm). Skills: Proven success filling complex roles using structured, skills-based evaluations. Vibe: Top-notch communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence stakeholders while juggling competing priorities. Tech Savvy: Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard recruiting tech. Bonus Points Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.
