The AM's Assist and review property business plans based on the initial acquisition goals and updates plans no less than annually to reflect property performance and market conditions. Review property financials with property management monthly and reports quarterly to investors and / or executive team. Overall purpose is to create value in the portfolio while providing a quality home for our residents. We will also consider candidates based in Philadelphia and Washington, DC. Advanced communication and presentation skills required. Advanced Microsoft Suite skills required. Ability to build and maintain relationships required. Advanced skills with Yardi system preferred. Extensive financial acumen required.Travel Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.Education Requirements and/or Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or other related discipline required. Master's Degree in Engineering, Business or Real Estate preferred.
