The ideal candidate will have had experience in the high-paced energy of startups as well as experience in the structured world of larger organizations.Requirements:Manage client agents for server monitoring as well as agents for server managementProactive management of infrastructure to help maintain a healthy environmentExperience in administering of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory and group policyPartner with and be mentored by senior system adminsSelf started and self motivated to learn new thingsEagerness to learn new technologiesBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years' experience with the following:Windows desktops (Windows 10)Windows server 2016, 2019 installation and maintenanceSystems deployment, administration, performance tuning, and monitoringExperience with HP server and storage hardwareExperience with VMware VSphere (ESXi, vCenter, etc)Experience with Storage – HP MSA, RAID configurationExperience with Window Servers, Active Directory and Group PolicyExperience with Infrastructure backup, restore, disaster recovery and business continuityCritical thinking – ability to solve technical problems independently and with collaborative teamsExperience with security infrastructure products and capabilities (e.g. Antivirus, Ivanti)Active DoD Secret security clearanceCurrent CompTIA Security+ certificationDesired Qualifications:Familiar with security compliance applications such as Ivanti, Splunk and Tenable ScannerExperience with Applications: MS Office various network Server/Client applicationsProject management and implementationNetwork and infrastructure services such as domain controllers, global catalogs, DNS, and DHCPAbout RailheadRailhead, Inc. is a leader in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; advanced cyber solutions; cloud and managed IT solutions; engineering, and information-based solutions for law enforcement and homeland security.
