Future Perfect composes, supervises, designs and mixes original music and sound for brands and agencies. We’re expanding our New York office, and we’re hiring someone to lead it.

\n

The Role

\n

You’ll lead sales and executive production on the East Coast, managing jobs and building relationships with agencies, brands and production companies. It’s a senior role with ownership of the New York market.

\n

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Build relationships with agency music producers, creative directors and brand teams in New York and across the East Coast.
\n
• Win new business, and run bids from scope and estimate through negotiation.
\n
• Executive produce awarded jobs through delivery with our composers, music supervisors and sound designers in LA and New York.
\n
• Manage the New York pipeline.
\n
• Represent Future Perfect at industry events and award shows.
\n
• Work with leadership on sales strategy and growth.

What You Bring

\n

\n
• 7+ years in sales or executive production at a music company, sound design studio, or production or post house working in advertising. Agency-side music production experience is a plus.
\n
• Established relationships with New York agency producers, creatives and brand clients.
\n
• A track record of winning new business, not just managing existing accounts.
\n
• Experience with commercial music bidding, estimating and budget negotiation.
\n
• Working knowledge of sync licensing, clearances and usage terms.
\n
• The ability to work independently and own results.
\n
