Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License for NY or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this Neuro ICU work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: BLS, RN License (NY License ONLY), NIHSS
• Equipment/Procedures: Q1 neuro checks, EVDs, lumbar drains, subdural drains, 3% NS, Cardene drips, arterial lines, carotid endarterectomy, aneurysm coiling/clips, DBS Insertion (Deep Brain Stimulator), VP shunts, seizure management.
• Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
• Experience: 2 years
