Veterinary Specialty Hospital of Roseville Position: Client Service Representative Pay Range: $22–$26 per hour Schedule: Per diem

We work closely with families and primary care veterinarians to provide the highest level of care for every patient.

About the Role:

The Client Service Representative provides exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a fast-paced veterinary hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with professionalism and compassion
• Manage appointments, emergencies, admissions, and discharges
• Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate client/pet records
• Review and prepare medical documents
• Educate clients on hospital services
• Perform administrative tasks (scanning, emailing, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in high-stress situations
• Basic proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Detail-oriented with good judgment
• Prior experience in veterinary medicine highly preferred
• Experienced in client care
