** Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95403**

** Duration: 3+ Months Contract **

** Fully Onsite (5 Days Onite)**

** Pay Rate: $32.00/hr. W2**

Job Description:

** Summary: **

** The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing interview scheduling and logistics for multiple recruiters while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.**

** Key Responsibilities: **

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage calendars and interview logistics.
• Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Maintain candidate data in iCIMS.
• Support reporting and onsite interview activities.
• Use AI tools (Copilot or similar) to improve efficiency.

** Required Skills: **

• 1+ year of recruiting coordination or administrative experience.
• Interview scheduling and calendar management.
• ATS experience (iCIMS preferred).
• Outlook proficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools.

** Education: **

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or related field
