Staff Accountant

Our client is an organization in the greater Minneapolis area looking for an Accountant ll. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills and detail oriented. The salary for this position is $100k+ The Accountant ll will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entries Reconcile bank statements and company accounts Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards Conduct financial audits and support external auditors Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll processing Analyze financial information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement The Accountant ll will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field preferred 3+ years of accounting experience. CPA preferred High detail of attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
