Service Delivery and Technical SupportAtlanta,Georgia Job overview: Carrying out the annual maintenance of all Spidercam systems in Atlanta and abroad (rental, fixed installations, special systems (FPP). Carrying out upgrades, repairs, support cases and cable replacements including all the associated preparations. The standard schedule for this role typically follows a Monday to Friday pattern, there may be occasions where additional hours are necessary, including evenings and weekends. The position is eligible for overtime compensation, and any extra hours worked will be compensated accordingly to meet business needs. What the job is all about: Administrative Activities Documentation Warehouse management Communication with customers, partners, suppliers and internal departments Maintenance work Mechanical and electrical check Carrying out safety-related tests International damage and fault repairs (support hotline) Implementation of upgrades (HW/SW), repairs Independent error analysis and correction Mechanical work Drilling, cutting, filing Electrical work Who you are: Technical College (in Electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics) Min. 2 years of relevant work experience desired Programming knowledge is an advantage (PLC) Knowledge of Beckhoff TwinCat 2,3 is an advantage Office package Network knowledge Good operating system knowledge (MS Windows) Knowledge of signal processing (optical, electrical) Very good knowledge of German and English Basic knowledge of CADTechnology affinity Team player Safe, accurate and independent work Stress resistant/resilient Traveling Communicative High willingness to learn Analytical thinking What We Offer: Ross provides competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility you need to do your best work, including flexible hours, generous paid time off, and a wellness allowance.
