We currently operate an Allstate Insurance office located within our Oak Brook Toyota store. We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer to help build the business on the ground floor and join a team of Licensed Insurance Agents. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years as an insurance agent. Allstate experience is a plus. We Offer our Insurance Producer Very competitive pay plan (base salary with commission) Education, tools, resources, and community to support your success Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Paid personal/sick days Paid community/charity volunteer days Company Savings Plan Hardship assistance Employee discounts Opportunity to advance Responsibilities and Duties of an Insurance Producer Flexibility to work nights and Saturdays when the dealership is busiest Meet and exceed established goals Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals Selling, quoting, and writing P&C policies Cross-selling other Allstate products to existing customers Following up with existing and potential customers Reviewing coverage selections with customers as they may want to adjust their choices over time Ensuring that all policies are processed in accordance with Allstate's procedures and documents are retained as directed by Allstate Understand the product offering available through Allstate as well as relevant risk management policies and rules Assigning and carrying out production objectives within the insurance team Building and maintaining relationships with dealership employees and customers Maintaining a professional image through the proper appearance and actions Qualifications and Skills of an Insurance Producer Experience in a challenging sales environment Open to flexible work schedule Allstate experience is a plus Organize and be able to prioritize issues Results-oriented with an ability to overcome opposition to accomplish goals Strong people skills with an outgoing personality Excellent communication/interpersonal skills Prior sales experience P&C license required before official start date This is a fantastic opportunity with a great organization!
