Marketing SpecialistThe Marketing Specialist supports the marketing strategy team, with a focus on the execution of targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. This role works closely with the marketing manager and cross-functional teams to plan marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and other marketing channels. The position provides exposure to marketing strategy while helping ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.Preferred Qualifications2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a corporate or agency environmentExperience within operations, maintenance, industrial, distribution, manufacturing, or related industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Familiarity with marketing workflow and project management tools such as Adobe WorkfrontProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointExposure to marketing analytics, reporting, or visualization toolsDemonstrated ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentJob SummaryResponsible for executing a variety of sales support initiatives from content development through production on behalf of the enterprise and business units.Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key AccountabilitiesWorks with Marketing CRM to understand needs of business units and determine most effective tactical execution.Manages internal and external resources for development of marketing materials.Develops content and proofreads printed materials.Manages a wide range of marketing projects through completion within established deadlines.Reviews brand usage in diverse applications to ensure consistency and adherence to defined standards.Manages corporate sponsorships and customer appreciation opportunities.Nature and ScopeDemonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.Work EnvironmentLocated in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Education and ExperienceTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
