Brazer – Copper & Metal Manufacturing

Phoenix, AZ 85043

$25–$32/hr

Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We're seeking an experienced Brazer to join a growing manufacturing team focused on quality, precision, and craftsmanship. If you have experience brazing copper and producing clean, leak-free joints, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company that offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and a 4-day workweek.

• Braze copper and metal assemblies using torches and related equipment
• Prepare, align, and assemble components to specification
• Perform pressure testing, evacuations, and leak checks
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Support production goals while maintaining safety standards

• 2+ years of copper brazing experience
• Ability to produce consistent, leak-free joints
• Experience with pressure testing and blueprint reading
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a production environment and lift up to 75 lbs

• Welding, soldering, or fabrication
• HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical assembly
• Experience with torches, furnaces, or manufacturing equipment

• Competitive pay: $25–$32/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
