CNC Machinist Wooster Area $18-$22/hr (Based on Experience)

Were partnering with a respected Wooster-based company in the oil and gas industry, and they are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with room for long-term growth and stability. Pay & Schedule:$18$22 per hour (based on experience)
1st Shift: MondayFriday, 6:00am3:30pm
Overtime available and may be required as needed Job Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines, manual lathes, and milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Set up and program machines (basic understanding of Fanuc or G&M code preferred)
Monitor machine performance and perform quality checks
Complete machine setups and changeovers efficiently
Perform general maintenance and housekeeping duties as needed
Other duties as assigned Candidate Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous CNC machining experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Professional attitude with strong work ethic
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
