Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that help identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans with specific goals, interventions, and progress evaluations that reflect each client’s circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, ensuring the well-being of clients during critical situations.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support client care and ensure accountability.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance community building among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
