Salon Manager/Hair Stylist

We're looking for an experienced, Full-Time Hair Stylist with some Management Background and a current Nevada Cosmetology license to help lead our team.

Behind The Chair & Leadership Responsibilities:

Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, color, chemical services, and perms.
Manage client flow, ensure appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
Stay up to date with the latest industry and cosmetology trends.
Maintain pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness.
Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures.
Foster a positive and collaborative salon culture.
Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and motivate fellow stylists to achieve their personal and salon goals.
Weekend work required.

Requirements:

Active Nevada Cosmetology License (REQUIRED).
Minimum of 3 years experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.
Strong communication and team-building skills.
Proficient with salon POS systems, cash handling, administrative tasks, and social media posting.
Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.
