Desktop Support Analyst

Job Title: Desktop Analyst. Duration: 6 months. Work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Key Responsibilities Tier 1 Technical Support: Provide ticket triage, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving end‑user technical issues; manage user accounts, permissions and shared resources. Hybrid A/V Support: Support hybrid meetings and events, including Zoom, conference room technology, on‑site A/V equipment, microphones, displays and related hardware. Organization & Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, follow established support processes and communicate effectively with end users and technical teams. Flexibility: Available to work occasional evenings and weekends to support meetings, special events and other business needs. Required Qualifications Professional appearance: Clean‑cut, polished and customer‑focused demeanor. Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Desktop Support Experience: 1–2 years of experience providing desktop support, help desk or end‑user technical support. Technical Proficiency: Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, IT ticketing systems, computer hardware, software, peripherals and basic networking. Background checks: Successful completion of 7 years of work and residence history, County and Federal criminal checks, comprehensive national criminal search and national sex‑offender registry. Preferred Qualifications Desktop Support Experience: 3 years of experience preferred.
