US Sales Support Coordinator

Nomad Design Tackle began with a simple need: fishing gear that could perform in the demanding conditions founder Damon Olsen faced while running fishing charters in Australia's Coral Sea. Today, our products are Crafted by Experience, turning decades of hard-won fishing knowledge into tackle that helps anglers fish with confidence and catch more fish. Our US business serves anglers through tackle stores, major retailers and online channels, and supports partners in the Caribbean and South America.

We're looking for someone who knows fishing, understands what matters to anglers and takes pride in great customer service. In this role, you'll be the person a sales rep trusts for an accurate answer, a retailer calls when an order needs sorting, and a customer relies on to see an issue through to resolution. You'll also help our US sales team prepare for trade shows and sales programs while putting new AI tools to practical use. It's a varied role where your fishing knowledge and ability to get things done will both matter.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 USD per year, base salary.

What you'll do

• Answer product, stock, order and delivery questions by phone, email and social channels, using your fishing knowledge to give useful, accurate responses.
• Process orders and backorders in Cin7, maintain customer records and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Work with our third-party warehouse and internal teams to resolve shipping, returns and fulfilment issues.
• Use AI-assisted tools to research enquiries, prepare responses and identify exceptions. Check customer-facing information and flag errors in automated work.
• Organise samples, stock, freight, registrations and other logistics for trade shows and sales programs.
• Share recurring customer questions and product feedback with our sales, marketing and product teams.

What you'll bring

• A genuine interest in fishing and practical familiarity with tackle and common fishing techniques. You should be comfortable talking with anglers about the gear they use.
• Experience in customer support, sales administration or order processing, ideally in a product-based business.
• Clear written communication, attention to detail and the ability to follow an issue through to resolution.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and order or inventory systems, plus a willingness to learn new tools and check their outputs.

Experience with Cin7, wholesale customers, third-party warehousing, Amazon or the fishing tackle industry would be an advantage. You don't need to know every Nomad product on day one, but you do need to bring fishing knowledge and the curiosity to learn the range. xhyhwjd
