Staff Assistant

About this role


Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Staff Assistant. The Staff Assistant will assist the manager of major division or bureau in a County department by performing general administrative and facility support duties. These may include supplies management and distribution, mail distribution, county car inspections, driving county vehicles for maintenance and assisting with other tasks to help support employees including equipment tracking, badging and parking assignments.


The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 5/31/27, with the good chance of extension.


Pay Rate: $30.47/hr working 40 hours a week


Location : Position is full time onsite located in Los Angeles, CA 90013

Requirements:

• Two years' experience in a general administrative staff or specialized staff capacity analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems of organization, systems and procedure, program, facility planning, budget, or personnel.
• Requires strong organizational skills and computer skills specifically with MS Excel, Work and Email.
