Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Frontmatec's health and safety standards and applicable laws (OSHA and OHSA) on the layout drawings

• Actively participate in meetings and discussions with the customers (at executive, operations and production levels), keeping in mind the promotion, the valuation of the company and its products as well as the concept of added value for the customers.

• Ability to present value-added/ROI concepts to help customers build payback models to justify capex projects.

• Maintain an excellent business relationship with clients through customer scheduled visits as well as communicating regularly by telephone conversations and various business activities. (min 1 onsite visit/Qtr. Minimum of 15 customer meetings/week.)

• Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Be in constant communication with the Technical Department at Frontmatec to ensure all information is up to date on new developments and innovations.

• Must be able to adapt while speaking with customers and coworkers, foreign or domestic.

• Manage all cold calling and new leads without direct supervision. Use effective time-management on calls and follow-up calls, visits to clients.

• Meet all targeted priorities for sales objectives and goals, and develop/implement strategies to ensure sales targets are met.

• Meet with Sales Team to review sales reports and analyze future forecasting objectives.

• Work with other members of the Sales Team to assist in developing new markets and customers (e.g. trade fairs, joint customer visits, organizing reference visits, etc).

• Manage all required processes through the CRM and ensure proper forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, Automated Production or Marketing.
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards in slaughterhouses
• Knowledge of equipment and product
• knowledge of pork and beef plant process
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Advanced AutoCAD knowledge
• Act as a Frontmatec ambassador
• Communication and negociation skills
• Client oriented

Travel

• Up to 50% travel required
• Travel outside the country regularly
