Legal Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a well-established law firm who is seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys and leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide executive-level administrative support to attorneys and firm leadership. Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and reports. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and legal documentation. Maintain and organize confidential client files and legal records. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders. Assist with billing, expense reports, and time entry. Coordinate travel arrangements and special projects as needed. Monitor and prioritize multiple deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of legal administrative, legal assistant, or executive assistant experience within a law firm required. Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal documentation. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Experience supporting attorneys or firm leadership. Familiarity with legal practice management or document management systems.
