Business Litigation Associate

An Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Associate (6–8 years’ experience) to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in St. Louis. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, super-regional Midwest platform known for litigation excellence and high-level client service across regional, national, and global matters. Key Responsibilities Manage complex business litigation matters from inception through trial preparation Oversee day‑to‑day case management and strategic development Take and defend depositions Attend settlement conferences, hearings and court proceedings Draft motions, discovery responses and detailed client reports Assist with trial preparation including strategy development, records review, client interviews and witness preparation Who You Are 6–8 years of litigation experience Experience taking and defending depositions Strong case management and strategic thinking ability Excellent written and oral communication skills Superior analytical and problem‑solving skills Admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois Compensation Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 (DOE) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package within a collaborative and growth‑oriented firm environment Interested?
