We’re looking for an energetic, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Representative in Elkhart, IN!

Are you already a high-volume automotive salesperson looking for your next opportunity? We want you.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly

What Will You Be Doing?

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll:

• Meet and connect with customers — learn what they’re looking for and help them find the right vehicle.
• Show off some awesome vehicles — take customers for test drives and help them find the one that feels right.
• Build relationships — create customers who remember you, trust you, and come back to you.
• Work toward goals and have fun competing — challenge yourself to grow and become a top performer.
• Follow up with customers — stay connected and turn opportunities into sales.
• Earn based on your success — the harder you work and the more you sell, the more opportunity you have to earn.
• Keep learning and improving — our team will help you develop the skills and confidence to become great at what you do.

Qualifications:

What Do You Need to Bring?

Honestly? Not much!

We’re looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and someone who’s ready to work hard and have some fun along the way.

The One Thing We Absolutely Require:

• A valid driver’s license — You’ll be driving vehicles, after all!

No automotive experience? No problem.
No sales experience? No problem.
Never sold a car before? We can teach you!

If you’ve got a valid driver’s license, a good attitude, and the drive to succeed , you’re already off to a great start!
