Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description: We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support the continued expansion ofTeltonikain the United States. In this role, you will play a keypartin building strong local teams byidentifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions.This position is heavily focused on full-cycle recruitment, proactiveheadhunting, sourcing, and talent mapping, requiring a recruiter who can effectivelyidentify, engage, assess, andhire passive candidates across the United States and Latin America.The ideal candidate is a resourceful talent hunter with stronga strongtrack recordof building candidate pipelines from scratch, and experience recruiting across diverse markets and cultures. Experience hiring for both the U.S. and LATAM regions is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanishproficiencyis stronglypreferred..Bilingual English/Spanishproficiencyis highly preferred. In this role you will: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs,providemarket insights, and drive effective hiring decisions. Proactively source,identify, and engage passive candidates across the United States through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Build andmaintaintalent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across sales, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. Conduct talent mapping and market research activities toidentifytop talent in target industries and geographic regions. Support occasional recruitment and sourcing initiatives across Latin America, partnering with local stakeholders whenrequired. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets. What we expectofyou: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment andheadhunting, with a strong ability toidentify, approach, and convert passive candidates. Strongheadhuntingand talent mapping skills, with the ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch. Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. states and markets; exposure to Latin American recruiting is a plus. Bilingual English and Spanishproficiencystrongly preferred. Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
