Key Qualifications:

• Prior work supporting students in school settings is highly valued, especially within special education.
• Experience in Life Skills, Autism, and/or Behavioral classroom support is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments and diverse student needs.
• Team player with effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Passionate about helping students reach their potential, with a patient and resourceful mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on instructional and behavioral support under teacher or specialist supervision.
• Assist in delivering individualized student programs and accommodations for IEP goals.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Document student progress and communicate observations to the instructional team.
• Help with classroom management, transitions, and promoting independence among students.
